Returns & Replacements
- You can request a return or exchange within within 24 hours of delivery.

- If there's a defect or damage, we will not deduct shipping charges.
- Teethers and rattles cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene reasons.
- We’ll explain the return steps to you over call, WhatsApp, or email after accepting your request.
- For exchanges, we’ll pick up the product and refund your amount. You can then place a new order
- Refunds are processed:
- Within 48 hours for prepaid orders
- Within 7 days for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- To cancel an order, contact us before it’s shipped. If already shipped, shipping charges will be deducted.
