• Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• In case of returns, shipping charges will be deducted based on actual costs for both the onward and return journeys. However, if the return is due to a defect on our end or transit damage, shipping charges will not be deducted.
• For hygiene reasons, teethers and rattles are non-returnable and non- refundable.

• For exchanges, the existing order will be picked up, and the amount will be refunded. You can then place a new order from your end..
• Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours for prepaid orders and within 7 days for COD orders once the product is received back at our facility.
